Obligation to provide information according to Art. 13 GDPR when obtaining data from the data subject during the corona pandemic

For your protection and the fastest possible traceability of possible chains of infection with the novel Covid-19 virus ("Corona"), we are obliged to document your presence in our business/premises. In the following we would like to inform you of this data processing:

This data is processed exclusively to fulfil our documentation obligations in the context of infection protection. The legal basis is Article 6, Para. 1, letter c GDPR, in conjunction with the Infection Protection Act and the respective national legislation.

This data is processed exclusively to fulfil our documentation obligations in the context of infection protection. The legal basis is Article 6, Para. 1, letter c GDPR, in conjunction with the Infection Protection Act and the respective national legislation.

The data remains internal and is only transmitted to the health authority upon request.

For the purpose of infection protection, the currently applicable legal provisions set out obligations for us to provide information to the responsible health authorities. If your personal data is requested by the responsible health authority, the respective district administrator or mayor is responsible for the further processing of your personal data by the health authorities.

The collected contact details are kept for a period of one month and then destroyed or irretrievably deleted

  1. Affected Rights

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right of correction (Art. 16 GDPR). If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). The right to deletion is invalid if a legal provision provides for further storage. Then your request for deletion can only be met at the end of the statutory retention period. If you have consented to the data processing or if there is a data processing contract and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability with regard to the personal data that you have provided to us (Art. 20 GDPR). If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this have been met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

If you do not provide the required data, we will unfortunately not be able to allow you to visit our facility.
